Airlines’ Cuts Making Cities No-Fly Zones
Many travel experts feel this is just the beginning as airlines prove they have little idea how to run a customer oriented business. In my opinion, Delta may be the airline with the most forethought, interested in its customers. As many know, American is starting to charge for ANY checked bag, and is anticipating reducing its flight schedule by 10%. My advice, book air as early as you can, as seats at the last minute may be hard to come by. From the NY Times - click http://www.nytimes.com/2008/05/21/business/21air.html?_r=1&hp&oref=slogin
